The main structure of the Micro Spectrophotometer
Micro Spectrophotometer is a very important analytical instrument, no matter in physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, materials science, environmental science and other scientific research fields, or in chemical industry, medicine, environmental detection, metallurgy and other modern production and management departments,Micro Spectrophotometer Spectrophotometer has a wide range of important applications.
All models of Micro Spectrophotometers have the same basic structure,It consists of the following five parts:
1) Light source (tungsten lamp, halogen tungsten lamp, hydrogen arc lamp, deuterium lamp, xenon lamp or laser light source);
2) Monochromator (filter, prism, grating, holographic grating);
3) Sample absorption cell;
4) Detection system (photocell, photocell, photomultiplier);
5) Signal indicating system (galvanometer, microammeter, digital voltmeter, oscilloscope, microprocessor picture tube).
Light source - monochromator - sample absorption cell - detection system - signal indicating system.
Nano-600 is a Micro Spectrophotometer, which is dedicated to the microvolume analysis of purified nucleic acids and various proteins. The Nano-600 comes with pre-installed software and a touch-screen display. Micro Spectrophotometer can detect 0.52ul samples with very high accuracy and repeatability. The sample retention system uses surface tension to retain the sample between two test fibers, allowing the instrument to detect higher concentrations of the sample without dilution. With this technology, the maximum concentration of the full wavelength (200800nm) Nano-600 ultramicronucleic acid protein analyzer can detect is 100 times that of the standard colorimetric dish.
The instrument is equipped with a dish rack for analysis of diluted samples using a standard UV-Vis dish.
