Start the motor and check whether the motor turns correctly. Start the motor, when the constant current pump normal operation, open the outlet pressure gauge and inlet constant current pump, as it shows the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve, and check the motor load.
As far as possible to control the flow and head of the constant flow pump within the scope indicated on the sign, to ensure that the constant flow pump at the highest efficiency point operation, in order to obtain the maximum energy saving effect.
Constant current pump in the process of operation, bearing temperature can not exceed the environmental temperature of 35℃, the highest temperature shall not exceed 80℃. If the constant current pump is found to have abnormal sound, stop immediately to check the reason.
