Micro Spectrophotometer software operation
This chapter mainly introduces the software operation of Nano-600 ultra-micro nucleic acid protein analyzer.

Connect the power supply, put down the upper base, press the power switch on the back of the instrument to start the instrument and enter the self-test interface:

After the self-test is completed, enter the main interface, and various application interfaces are displayed in the interface. The functions and usage of each application interface are described in detail below.
3. Nucleic acid testing
3.1 an overview of the
Nano-600 can be used to easily detect the concentration of nucleic acid, to test, please select "accounting test" in the main interface.
Calculate nucleic acid concentration using the Beer-Lambert law:
Normally, the extinction coefficient of nucleic acid is:
Double-stranded DNA: 50ng-cm/ul
Single stranded DNA: 33ng-cm/ul
RNA: ng - 40 cm/ul
When the pedestal mode is selected, the Nano-600 uses a 1.0mm or 0.2mm optical path to detect a high concentration sample without dilution.
The absorbance of nucleic acid detection is normalized to the value under the optical path of 1cm.
The Nano-600 can accurately detect double-stranded DNA at concentrations less than or equal to 4500ng/ul without dilution. For each sample, the software will automatically select the best detection optical path for detection.
