Micro Spectrophotometer experiment guidance
1. Connect the adapter to the instrument and turn on the instrument.
2. Touch the nucleic acid mode button.
3. Drop 2 ul of distilled water or blank sample on the base.
4. Touch the camera button to check the position of the droplet. Sample a drop of water with a straw and carefully drip onto the base. Please check the sample by camera to see if the sample is not of hemisphere shape or sample size is insufficient. Then clean the sample again, drop the sample, make sure the sample does not contain any foam
5, Touch a blank button, the sample cover will close automatically, automatically reset, click OK, motor sample button to measure.

3, touch Button to close the sample cover and do the measurement. After measurement, the data will appear a variety of functions, you can choose to save and other functions. Measurement of DNA/RNA samples: Be sure to scroll and mix before testing the DNA/RNA samples.
Measured at OD600: The battery cover will not be closed in OD600mode.

1. After measurement, the automatic sample cover will be opened. If you need to recycle the sample, use a straw to remove it. If not, clean the test sample base to keep it clean.
Make sure the sample table is completely cleaned. The purpose is to prevent damage to the sample cover automaticity.
Note: not only clean the base but also need to clean the cover.
Clean protein samples and high concentration samples.
Distilled water is used to prevent contamination of the next sample protein and high concentration of the sample when measuring viscosity.
We recommend that you hold the distilled water base and lid for 10-15 seconds.
